Appeals and Grievance Mechanisms

The Fund, in the execution of its mandates disburses a number of financial products such as grants, concessional loans, sponsorships and bursaries. The fund also procures public goods and services both for its own operations and in certain instances on behalf of projects.

The Fund aims for the highest levels of professionalism and ethics when procuring goods and assessing project proposals and business plans; all guided by procedural guidelines like the Operational manual and Procurement policy. Our stakeholders; who are applicants for the financial products offered as well as service providers, however, have the right to appeal the decisions of the various decision-making bodies within the Fund.
